Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I received an email about doing reviews on businesses. I was instructed to click a button so that they could get my correct name and send an instruction letter. I would have to do two reviews a month and would be paid 480.00 for each. I did not click the button however a few days later I received the instruction letter and a money order for 1000.00. I was to purchase i Tune gift cards and take a picture of the number on the back to email to them. I had to spend 800.00 dollar on the cards and the 200.00 would be for me. It turns out that these people knew my name and my address, what else would they know about me.
