Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

This is a Student Loan payoff scam. You are contacted via phone and told they will help consolidate and pay off your student loans under the new Obama law (which is not in effect yet). You are sent a contract via email. If you stop payments because you realize it is a scam the representative Patrick Kelly harasses you via phone, email, text messages. He calls your work, your relatives and threatens legal action. There is never an address or permanent phone number to respond to. Most of the phone numbers come out of Ogden Utah and the company name they are using The Student Resolution Center, LLC.

I am unable to attach paperwork that does not have personal information such as social security numbers. I do have a lot of text messages but do not know how to attach them.
