Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

In June of this year I was looking for a loan for poor credit. I don’t know how I came across these people. They told me I was approved for 5000.00. The next thing was they needed collateral for the loan which should have made me suspesious. I went through the process wired 458.00 to a man named Ryan Shaw at that time he was picking the wired transfer in Ontario Canada. Came back called Kelly Mason back with more info that I was declined. They said I would receive a refund within 30 days! Never got my money and I’m in a whole lot of trouble with my bills. This might not be the right file. I couldn’t see it from my end.
