I received a phone call asking if I wanted to sell why Mexico timeshare. The scammer sent a contract via email (attached) stating they had a buyer who would pay $46,200 USD. I have not moved further with this after I saw all the reports on this ScamPulse.com website. Therefore, they had not asked me for "taxes etc." in advance yet. I figured it had to be too good to be true. Thank you.
