I had just bought a new product(router). it was NETGEAR; I had it for about a month and had not installed it, when I did I was having problems connecting my camera’s to it and went to look for help on Netgear website, but it was a scammer imposing as Netgear, it was The Soft Tree that was playing the part and said they could fix the problem, I allowed them in my computer thinking it was legit and they took me for 299.99, I called my credit card and they took forever to help me clear it and never got my money back; Beware of anyone anymore do not trust them; this company has a location in California they have ways of pretending they have a legit company and they do not; they have some location to make it look real, they are scammers wanting your money, unfortunately they took mine; and my credit card didn’t care even as I called the next day and there is information about them on the real Netgear site, where I am not th only one that this has happened to. so be aware.
