I had to cancel my flight due to coronavirus. This company claimed to represent Turkish Airlines and said they could refund my ticket price, less a $350 fee, which had to be paid up front. I paid $350. A call to Turkish Airlines confirmed that they are not affiliated with the airlines, and my ticket was not cancelled or refunded. Of course, I never received my refund.

I have recently been searching for a repatriation or emergency flight (Due to the global pandemic) from Nairobi to Alexandria when I came across an American company online. When contacting the company, the stated that they had managed to find me a flight and they charged me 996.99USD for a flight. It later transpired that the flight in question was not running and was not an evacuation flight. The company are no longer responding to my emails or answering their phone lines as the number is no longer in use.
