Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have purchased items from thepawow.com under Keith Myeong (my nickname). Yet, I have not received any response from them, nor have I received my items regarding my order number 1135. I purchased the items on the 3rd of this month (12/03/2017) and the transaction occurred on the 4th. It has been two weeks yet they are not responding to my emails and their phone number is not real. I really want the refund in full and help you guys all that I can do to close this website down to prevent further victims from getting scammed.
