I stayed at this bed and breakfast and was told that there was going to be, a 5 nite stay. When I arrived to my room after the first night, I was floored that someone else was sleeping in the room I paid for.
In addition to that, I was told that they could fix the problem, and that I would be sharing the room with someone else.
The manager attempted to refund me the money, and in addition I was taken for 10 nights on my bosses credit card.
Due to this, incident my mother who is elderly was forced to sleep in the car that night. Which was very bad, because she has problems with circulation and could not put her feet up.
Her evening was ruined, and when asked ; if they would pay and book another hotel room somewhere else, they insisted we share a room with a college student.
