Purchased from this site on 12/31/20 and never received my merchandise nor any shipping information. Do Not Order from this site they will take your money!

I place an order on 1/12/20 paid $135.92 for necklaces for Christmas gifts and still have not heard anything since placing my order. I’ve sent 2 emails and still no response. This company is a rip off. Do not place an order with them, do not give them your money. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. During a time like this that last thing you want is for someone to SCAM you out of your money.

I ordered two necklaces totaling 42 dollars, I got a confirmation email saying we received your order. We will email you when it’s on it’s way. That was November 12, 2020. And have yet to receive anything! I have emailed them three times. Even emailed them via Instagram and no one ever replies.
I’m highly disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone!

Have yet to receive any merchandise. States it will ship. In the process of filing a claim with better business bureau. Emailed facebooked messaged commented to no avail. Even took to Instagram. It’s a damn shame.

Never RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND

I placed my order on September 6, 2020. I used the payment option of Klarna. It’s now October 26, 2020 and there has been no update on my order status. I have emailed them several times and even dm’d them still no reply. Every review on here is accurate to the experience I have faced. Also don’t use Klarna because they don’t care and won’t help you at all. Please don’t work with this company. They have to be a a scam.

Ordered 9/14/2020. It’s 10/19/2020 still no order. They don’t respond to emails or DMs and their IG comment section is limited.

I ordered from this site 8/14, it’s now 10/8 and I do not have my item.. I had been sending emails and instagrams dms since the middle of September, finally toward the end of September I got a response and was told that there was an issue with my order. I also was asked if I wanted to be issued a refund or if I wanted the item to be made again and sent out. Because of the lack of communication and terrible customer service I opted to the refund. It’s now, 10/8 and I do not have a refund nor a response to my message (that they read) about when I should expect one. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered from Kay Gift on September 24. 12 days later, there is still no word on my order. I’ve emailed and DM’d the company for more information. Nothing! The site says 3-5 day shipping, and when you click on shipping policy, it says ships within 48 hours and tracking info 2-3 days.

I ordered from this company on September 13, 2020; as of today, I have yet to receive my package or USPS tracking.
I have emailed, DM and commented on Instagram no answer or response

Ordered from this company almost 2 months ago, still says “ Order confirmed” and have emailed them twice with no response back, I want my money back, this is ridiculous how companies like this, scam people from there hard earn, working money. This company needs to be shut down and money needing to be given back to all us people on here that have not yet received even an item from them.

Ordered an initial anklet On June 4th. I have a “tracking number” but still says it is in Texas. Have tried emailing, as they don’t have a customer service line but no response. Do not buy from them!

This website needs to be shut down. They are complete frauds, people work too damn hard for their money to get scammed. I was all for supporting small businesses, but this website is not legit. You will not receive what you’ve paid for. No one to contact, no response. Nothing.

I ordered an anklet on June 4th. I didn’t get a tracking number until a week later. When trying to track the package it says shipped but has been in Texas for 3 months, meaning it has not been shipped. I have reached out to the email provided multiple times. After no response, i furthered my researched and discovered that this has happened to many different people. All have sent money but has never received the item.

I paid the $15 for a ankle bracelet. I revived an email that states “ I will receive tracking information within 3-5 business days”. I ordered on July 30th, it is now August 12th and I have yet to receive a tracking email. I have reached out to the company via email multiple times and I have yet to receive a response.

I ordered on June 6th and have not recieved any of my items. I paid 54.00 and have emailed them 3 times and I haven’t received a response yet! I got a shipment number with nothing ! Don’t order from this company! I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered!
