Type of a scam Online Purchase

Bought a pair of Timberlands designed with Omega symbols for my son who just pledged. Sent $194 through PayPal and was told I would receive goods within a week. That was March 3rd. Three months later I still have not received my items or gotten a response from store owner. I was told several times at end of April that boots were being mailed In a few days. Owner shows poor customer service and I would not recommend this store. I have sent numerous text and items to owner requesting a refund and no response. If you order from this store do not send your payment thru friends and family where it can not be tracked.
