Type of a scam Online Purchase

I initially called The HCG Institute on January 9, 2017 because I was interested in purchasing hcg and vitamin b12 injections to help me with a chronic health problem that I have been experiencing for several years. The HCG Institute website looked professional and reputable. I left a message intially, and then a woman named Erica Goodman called me back to say she could help me get started as a patient. I spoke with her on the phone and provided her with my credit card information so that I could order the hcg injections. I later found out that she had charged $799.00 to my credit card, which was far more than I had anticipated after filling out the forms. I cancelled my credit card immediately, realizing that I had probably been scammed. I called The HCG Institute and the answering service never picked up, and I never got through to any person. I tried emailing Erica Goodman, and she never responded. I also tried speaking to someone through The HCG Institute’s online chat service, and the person was completely unhelpful. I believe I was charged $799 as a scam, and that I will never receive the injection supplements I ordered that are supposed to help me with a health problem. I am on a limited budget due to the amount of money I have had to shell out for my health issues, and I am sickened to think that I just lost $799. I want to see this huge scam brought to justice.
