Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered the x2 pack of car window covers on June 12, 2018. Have been attempting contact since July 16, 2018 via Facebook messenger. Since then I’ve been trying to make contact through the Facebook page, messenger, and email. I received contact once on July 20, 2018 when I was asked (in messenger and email) what my order number was. I have heard nothing back since.The name of the person I was speaking to, and the name of the person on my bank statements do not add up either. I leave comments on their Facebook page and they get deleted. They do not have a visible address, or phone number anywhere. I tracked the IP to Virginia though. As of this evening my packages status is "Order Not Found". I have found two other people this has happened to.
