Type of a scam Online Purchase

I originally went to this company for a gift for my Daughter in law as a new mother. They advertise on FB and therefore I felt that they were legit and so I ordered initially on 10/31/17 at a cost of $39.99. Her Birthday is November 7th. Well that came and went and I emailed the website along with trying to track the order, with the information provided to track. It looks like based on that, it never left China. I emailed over and over again at the email address they provide. No answer. So, I thought maybe I actually didn’t order it so I put in another order on Dec. 2nd, 2017, this time at a cost of $44.00. As of this date, have no necklace and have emailed them several times only to have it come back undeliverable. Upon researching the company online, I have found out that there are many, many complaints about the same issue. I have now lost approximately $100 to this company who continues to advertise on FB. So it is now Christmas and I still have no necklace for her. I am now at a loss. I am taking all avenues I can to prosecute this company so that other innocent customers will not be scammed.
