Type of a scam Government Grant

I was selected out of a pool to be awarded a $9000 government grant and that I don’t have to pay it back.  I need to call 347-983-9728, and provide a code in order to claim the grant.  Then I would have to provide the company $200.00 in order to receive the grant; either with a debit card or credit card. The $200 was for servicing and processing of the grant. I told them I couldn’t give out my personal information, and I questioned them for asking for $200.00, the company representative became angry and hung up on me.
