Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a pair of shoes through a Facebook ad. Got initial confirmation email. A month later no notice of shipping so I replied to the email as they say to do with questions. I got a blanket response stating products are made outside of US so it takes 20-24 days. I’ve since replied three times with same response. Then a few weeks ago I got tracking info and after several attempts to track I see it does nothing. I had to do unload a tracking app and enter the info then it said July 7 my item left someplace in Asia. It’s now July 16 and it shows no update. This is a scam. They do not respond to emails anymore and only sent me the same response previously.

I ordered a pair of shoes from The Easy Wear which is advertised on Facebook and Instagram. I received an email with a confirmation number and the amount was paid from my bank account. After a month, I have not received the shoes. I have contacted the company 5 times via email, but have not received a response.
