Placed an order with this company on Dec 6th, 2016. Never rec’d a tracking #, so I contacted the company on the 14th and was assured it had shipped. Still never recd a tracking #. Contacted the company today and had to send an email for refund to my account. I went online and saw a website by the name of RipOff Report and it appears this is common practice for the company. Someone needs to investigate this company. I will probably NOT receive my credit to my account.

Paid with credit card for an item being advertised by this company, they Charged my account and said item was shipped within 72 hours, that was over a month ago, they sent payment conformation, several emails thanking me a fake tracking notice, I have sent several emails all unanswered, now they have my credit card info, thus is a scam on Facebook please investigate these people

On Nov. 7, 2016 I ordered from The Deal Empire though their website advertised on FB. To date, no tracking #, no merchandise. I informed Visa who put a hold on the charge, and they as well as I, attempted to contact them, through their website, phone # and email, to no avail. If you click on the advertisement which shows many comments, when you click on comments, none appear, including mine done earlier today and a few minutes later, my comment was gone.

The Deal Empire offered body shapers not only on Facebook, but TV advertisements as well. I placed an order for 3 of the shapers and received an email stating the order was shipped and a tracking number was sent. The tracking number was never sent, and no follow up phone calls or emails have been answered. Today, 11/18/16 I sent another email demanding a refund and cancellation of the order.

Once my payment was made they never responded to me nor did I get the product. I have emailed the 4 times with no response. When I did some research about them, it seem to happen to a lot of people. I don’t know if that is even the correct address, but that was one that I found by searching.
This was the last Thing that I have gotten from them.

their adds pop up all over facebook, they look like a legitimate business and so does their pngage but they do not answer emails, gave me a fake tracking number and have since stopped responding to messages asking if my shipment is even on the way.
I have even attempted to call the phone number, to no avail.
i saw several other complaints of others not getting their stuff, so at this point i am convinced they are fake and just stole my money.
