Was contacted that i was receiving a gift and that the company needed my shipping address and then received email stating I have to pay the shipping fee to contact the the courier company for the amount. They sent an email saying the package is being held at the shipping facility in Florida and weighs 14lbs. And for 4 to 7 days it will cost $285. And change and if I want it sooner than that it will cost $315 and change so I contacted them by the phone number all I get is a voicemail I did an inquiry email how come it’s so high and why a package coming out of Florida to New York it’s costing that amount they only want that MoneyGram payments or coin bits so I question that and I asked why don’t you accept PayPal or credit card payment they came back now saying that we will accept Western Union but never phone call the first person I was told to reach was Monika and she sent I’ll give you her email in a minute she that is the company that we use so I asked her why don’t you use FedEx or UPS or just regular mail no answer from her [email protected]
