Type of a scam Government Grant

There are 3 new accounts by these hackers they got all my information and they tried to log into my gmail account but Google blocked them they did however hacked my Facebook account the name was *** ***. Now that Facebook account has disappeared. I have changed my passwords for everything but can’t log into the Facebook I am using an old account that I was able to log into. *** ***. I tried to report the scammers/hackers but seems Facebook won’t let me report or even block them.
