Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 2 Luxury Cat Villas on May 9, 2020, through their online store. On June 4, 2020, I requested a refund because the tracking showed it stuck in a sorting center from China. They refused the refund. I finally received a package on June 26, 2020,in the mail box which was clearly not the items I purchased. The items they sent were 2 tiny wooden craft kits. I then sent several e-mails to customer service and they are saying that I received what I ordered. I have supplied the correct documentation to prove my request for refund per their own refund policy and I am still getting the runaround.
