I googled "movers in Atlanta" back in June. I needed to move same day. So I contacted numerous moving companies and The Best Movers were the only company that could move me that day. As the move was going on, I noticed a very large scratch on my dining room table that I just bought 6 months ago. After trying to contact someone for months, someone finally wrote me back saying they would offer me $150. The table was $1400 (and I sent them a quote from Rooms to go) and for them to offer $150 was an insult to me. While speaking with James Sheldon, Customer Care Manager, I spoke to him about my situation and my displeasure. I asked him the manager/owners name and he told me he could not give that information out because it was confidential. As we all know, that is not confidential information. As a result, I contacted an attorney. While my attorney did some research, we have found out this is not a registered company. They do not have an office in Atlanta and the phone redirects to India. Also, if you look on their website or any emails, no address is any where. I googled the address (which I found on facebook) and it shows a sidewalk and trees. Also, anytime you contact the company and start asking questions as in, Where are you located? What is your email address? they panic and hang up the phone.
