We ordered the BEMA DVD from Charlie Schaller (http://www.echoforeternity.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html) and others have and it has never been delivered. We contact him on his cell phone and he hangs up. We try to text and he never responds back to us but it is delivered. We have called from other phones and he will answer but then he hangs up on us.
