I purchased a 14 day "risk-freek trial" from Beard Czar. I requested two bottles, both for $4.95 each which I had no problem paying. After the 14 days, Beard Czar charged me 88.99 and 89.99 respectively for the bottles. I called to ask for a refund but they said that they are unable to do anything. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they were instructed that they are unable to accommodate. One gentleman, Shaun, hung up on me mid sentence when asking for a supervisor. My bottles are unopened and when I finally got someone to agree to process a refund, they informed me that they will be charging me a 19.99 restocking fee for each bottle on top of having me ship the bottles to Arizona. I have filed a complaint and am waiting to hear back from the business.
