Type of a scam Online Purchase

I signed up to sell on theartstack.com, but was unable to actually sell.

I subsequently requested help for getting started but received no response.

Since I was unable to sell and unable to get a response from the company, I unsubscribed to the selling function of the site and asked for reimbursement of the selling fee.

I received no reimbursement, nor have I received any indication at all from the company, even though I have emailed them several times at both of their email addresses.

The site has a "feedback" button that does not work. I have tried several times to contact the company via this so-called feedback system, but nothing happens when I click on "feedback."

I am still waiting either to receive a refund or to hear anything whatsoever from the company.
