Steven Kuhl of That’s Clear agreed to remove snow for us for the 2019-2020 snow removal season. We paid him $4740 up front because he had already worked or us the previous snow season. He did not remove snow on our 11 properties even 3 days after the first storm. He lied repeatedly that he was coming to take care of it. We notified him in text, email and phone message that we needed to cancel our contract because he breached the agreement on the first snow fall. We invoiced him for a refund. He has not responded. He has no mailing address listed. His website is quite difficult to find. He has not respond to our calls or emails. Now we need to take him to court. Waste of time and energy.
