I ordered a a Harry Potter acceptance letter package from an online website on January 28, 2019. I got an email from the company on March 5, 2019 saying my product was shipped and would arrive in 5-10 days. I never received anything so I went to their website and it was down and under construction. I emailed them July 18, 2019 and never received a response or my item.

I ordered the same thing. The Harry Potter box. And yup they room my money but I never got my order. I guess it’s just count my losses and move on. Ugh

I purchased an item , few months back , immediately I emailed them stating the address I put was wrong, I never got an email back . In May 14 got an email saying my order was shipped and would arrive in 10 days , then I emailed again saying, the address was wrong and I need a tracking number, never got an email back . Been doing some research and found out a lot of other people are having the same problem. We need find out how I can get my money back.
