I had a similar experience with tfoxmart and paypal. An online order paid by PayPal was neither received, nor refunded. The seller could not be reached via phone or email. The phone line always gave a busy signal. My loss was $50. An FTC complaint has been filed.

I believe their website has since been removed, but they are doing business on Paypal as Lead Edge Capital V, LP, which in itself is a federal law broken. A business cannot use the LLC or LP of another entity as its own to set up a Paypal account. I checked out Lead Edge Capital V, LP and it appears to be a legitimate business in NYC, not affiliated in any way with this scam artist, apartment or fake phone number in Atlanta, GA. Thankfully, I was only taken for $50 but I’d like to warn others. All attempts to collect the money taken from my bank account (wire fraud) have been fruitless. I have requested assistance from Paypal, but the seller is showing that the money has been refunded on their site, but in reality it has not. Paypal is not doing anything to assist in this collection.

I was looking to purchase a food processor bowl for my ninja blender. I was looking on google and saw one for $43.99 from a website called Tfoxmart. I saw the paypal symbol so I thought that it was a safe website. I made the purchase on June 24th. I never received any order confirmation through my email, only the one provided on the website which I took a screen shot of. I thought it was strange that I made the order on 6/24, which is when they took the money from my paypal account, but the order says 6/25. The product price was $39.99 but yet they charged me $50.58, and looking at the paypal receipt it says tax and shipping were $0.00 so the total doesn’t even match the purchase. I started doing more research and found a bunch of articles saying this is a scam website. I tried to go back to the website and search for the product I ordered and it said no item found with that criteria. I then reached out to the seller with the information provided on their website, to cancel my order. I also reached out through their website messaging. I never received anything. I attempted to contact paypal, they told me to contact the seller to get a refund and cancel the order. I then told them that I had tried to contact multiple times but ALL of their contact information was fake and their paypal account had no information. I’m still trying to dispute this with paypal. The "seller" then added tracking information for this item through paypal so that they can claim that I received the item. Here is the tracking number: *********************0. I went to the usps website to track this and it says the item was shipped on June 5th and delivered to Avondale AZ on June 19th.. How was this shipped and delivered LONG before I even made the order? this was obviously a tracking label for a completely different order. Looking at the shipping information it says shipping partner HYSAN LLC GDE. I have looked this up and found ScamPulse.com complaints for this company. I never received anything from them. I have screen shots of everything proving that the order was made long after the seller is claiming it was shipped.I need to get my money back from this scammer.
