I’ve received two calls from a company claiming to be a home improvement/roofing company that is performing repairs in the area. They claim their company’s name is "Texas Solutions". They’ve called a few weeks in a row. When I ask for their number or address, they hang up. When you attempt to call the number back, it says it’s disconnected. It’s annoying, because I can’t even obtain enough information on them to make them stop calling. I am interested in how they obtained my number and linked it to where I live. I’ve had my number since college, and it has a different area code than were I currently live. So they know enough to link my number to my house.

I just received a solicitation phone call on my cell from a guy who claimed to be with Texas Solution (A roofing company).  Guy said they had a A rating with the BBB, was Licensed and Bonded and will be doing several roofs on my Street.   Bla bla  bla..

 

I asked the guy if his company had a website, he said no we don’t.

I asked for the local address of the company,

I asked if they were Accredited with the Dallas BBB,  he said  yes..  Then when I told him I could not find him.

He admitted that they had offices in several states and were a very large company.

I asked him what licensed they had?  I explained to them, there is no such thing as a license for Roofers in the state of Texas.

 

Anyhow, this company is claiming to be ScamPulse.com Accredited and they are not.  The phone number is 214-592-0606.

We live in Rowlett, in one of the areas hit very hard by the tornado from 12/26/15. We received a phone call on a number we NEVER give out stating the caller was from "Texas Solutions" calling from 214-215-6546, and they needed to come "inspect our property". My husband asked how they had got the number and the caller stated he had gotten it from "other homeowners in the area", which this would be untrue, we do not give out that number. He went on to state other neighbors requested they call others in our area. My husband asked them never to call again and hung up.
