Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted by a person calling herself Evelyn Anderson, Hiring Manager for the TEX Company. She was offering me a job based upon their finding me on a web based job board, perhaps CareerBuilder. She was offering a work from home job that would involve a paid 3 week training period followed by salaried full time employment. The catch seems to be them wanting me to fill out a bank deposit form giving them permission to not only deposit, but also withdraw funds. When I googled the company I could not find any information. When I asked her about this she sent me the following website tex-company.com. This website does not seem legitimate to me.
