Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought these shoes from an ad on Facebook. I waited approximately 2 months for delivery. When the shoes were finally delivered I was disappointed and upset. They are poorly made, using cheap materials and the packaging looked used.

I have been in touch with the company, teodora, and after several attempts at getting a refund and a post paid return label, they answered my emails by asking for photos and a list if what was wrong. I email replied that to them immediately.

I have still not heard from them. I sent 2 more emails and the last one told them that if they did not respond within 24 hours, I would go public with this info.

I recommend that you NOT waste your time and money purchasing from them.
