Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a king size RedSox quilt from this site Nov. 11th. Began emailing company beginning Dec. 11th inquiring on status of order. Was told they were short staffed and really busy due to holiday. After multiple attempts to contact company by email, they continued to tell me the same thing. I requested a refund and never received a response. I never received the quilt I paid for either. I made a claim with my bank and was refunded the money. The website no longer works either. I was told in the few emails I received their site was under construction. They don’t give a location other than Canada but looks like the company’s owner is out of Vietnam. The site was first advertised on facebook.
