Type of a scam Online Purchase

I’ve been ordering from teefury for years and Ive never been dissapointed before. Ever since they said their policy was privacy policy was updated and had us make a new log in, it’s been different looking as far as their website goes. I ordered 2 daily tees on September 6th and its still in Unfulfillment status however the money has been removed from my bank account for the purchase. ($32.16) So I emailed their help section and recieved an email that reads the following:

Thank you for contacting the TeeFury Customer Service team. Your ticket, (102382) has been successfully received.

You will receive a response in up to 4 weeks as we are currently experiencing a very high volume of tickets received. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! Rest assured that each and every ticket is personally responded to. Please refrain from submitting duplicate tickets as this will slow down our response time.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Tee fury .com is a fraudulent business. Once they take your fake order they send a fake number that corresponds to it. They send spoof emails. They have no employees or no working phone numbers. They completely ghost you once they have taken your money. They even have fake information registered with PayPal. They are internet scam artists and thieves. Please shut them down immediately.
