Type of a scam Tech Support
A person (always with an Indian accent) calls my home number from Techworld America, and tells me that I have a problem with my computer. I ask the person to tell me what they know about me. The person responds with my first or last name. When I press them for more information, they just repeat that I have a problem with my computer. Then they try to get me to go to some website where they will "help" me fix it.
