Type of a scam Online Purchase

Website is running an overstock/surplus-like store where some random everyday products relating to electronics, homegoods, and exercise are about 20% off compared to normal price. The site takes PayPal and will collect your money, only to never respond to any of your direct emails to customer service. I gave them 9 business days to respond to my requests for a status on my order and they never replied. Store’s PayPal email is actually someones personal Hotmail, not any type of business account. I contacted paypal with a dispute and they were able to get me a refund within 3 hours. DON’T trust this store – they’re just hoping you forget you ordered anything so that they can get away with your money!
