Type of a scam Tech Support

Man called saying he was from Microsoft and we had serious computer problems. He said someone had hacked our computer and had all of our personal information.He had e go to logmein.com and give him access to my computer. He then went to some site where he showed me that 3 different people from 3 different had been on my computer. It all turned out to be a scam that would’ve cost us $699.00. . They will say they are from AOL, Microsoft Windows, etc.

Our bank returned the money so we were just taught a good lesson.
