Type of a scam Tech Support

They had contacted me via phone saying they were affiliated with Norton Anti Virus company (which proved to be a lie) and I checked their BBB rating which indicated they were an accredited business with an A+ rating! They offered me internet security and over the course of 1 1/2 years I paid them $***, of which in May, 2018 they claimed a major glitch in their software and were going to return my $***. They convinced me to allow them remote access to my checking bank account and they said they transferred the money to my account. Then I was told they transferred $*** in error and wanted me to return $***. When I saw the money in my checking account I sent them $*** through Western Union. At this point I discovered these crooks actually transferred the $*** from my savings account into my checking account, and so I was giving them my money.- Shouldn’t this be illegal and fraudulent as I never gave them permission to go into my savings account?? Subsequently, I had the Geek Squad (Best Buy) cleanse scan my computer and they said Tech wiz did not provide security. I have been scammed out of $*** ($*** +$***). On May 29th,2018 I requested to get my money back and to date they have not complied nor responded.
