Type of a scam Tech Support

I do have this man blocked on my phone, he calls 3 to 10 times a day its always the same telephone number. I did pick up the phone the first time, he wanted to take over my computer to fix the problem that Microsoft, I stopped him right there Told him he was a liar and he should spend his time doing a good for people and stop ripping people off and I would not give him time to finish his speech. He got mad because of what I said to him and I hung up on him, now I keep getting phone calls from him but having the block on his number it only rings one time. I got these same phone calls last year. He is a foreigner his English is not to good.
