Type of a scam Tech Support

On 10/04/15 @ 1:15 PM while at home I received a phone call from a man who later identified himself as Mr. Robinson from tech. support he spoke with a Pakistan accent and he said that my information had been deleted or lost from my computer security data base and they needed my credit card number to update my information in the system again. I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD INFO. This man then told me that my paid for security would be discontinued and I would loose my money. I told him he could not do that because had 9 mo. remaining on my plan. He told me he would refund my funds for the remaining 9 mo. but he would need my credit card number to credit my card. THAT’S WHEN I CALLED HIM A THIEF AND MANY OTHER EXPLETIVES. My own personal investigation indicated that he had called from 215-554-2078 a Magic Jack Number. I called him back and left a message. He returned my call and continued with the same SCAM, trying to convince me he was legit. I again told him that he was a thief and I was going to report him to the FBI. I haven’t heard from him since. I did report the incident to my paid computer security company.
