Type of a scam Tech Support

My wife received an E mail yesterday from Tech Squad Support LLC. The E mail was from [email protected] It stated our service contract for tech support expired two days ago. Auto Renewal. $299 to renew. Will be automatically deducted from our account. My wife called them at 914-648-7185 to cancel the automatic renewal. I don’t know the particulars. They got into our computer. They are part of Microsoft. A year ago my wife signed up with Integral Solutions. They have changed their name. Their phone number was 833-200-0447. They withdrew $480 from our bank account. We have contacted our bank. The person we spoke with was Alex Watson. The other phone numbers are

833-228-1850, 541-529-7214. We filed a police report last night. The Westlake Police have had several of these types of complaints reported this month.
