Type of a scam Tech Support

They put a virus on my computer and it freezes my computer and makes it beep and puts error messages telling me to call their number so I call and they say they need full access to my computer and $219 and they don’t even fix the problem it is all a scam. They have lied to me many times and they keep changing their company name as well and they also claim to be Microsoft sometimes but they are clearly not.
