I received a call from 360-861-4616 saying that they were going to refund me money for a spyware that no longer it working and they wanted me to give then my bank account information. I told them that I was not going to give them that information so they said that they could wire the refund via Western Union. So ask me to create an account with WU but they were logged on to my personal computer as we were creating the account. they were very pushy on me giving them information. then the guy asked if he could call me after hours to talk and ask if he could send me a friend request on facebook.

A message popped up stating Computer System Alert and that my system was infected. *Attention Comcast Cable Communication* Requested I call 1-855-465-9466. First thing they asked my wife for was a credit card number. She told them no. I called. The number never had any automated system which is normal for most business in order to get you to the right depart. The individuals sound like they are from overseas possibly India. Once I began to ask question the individual became upset and hung up. I did take a screen shoot on my phone but cannot get it to attach the this website.
I called a second time and spoke with a female who confirmed they were in India. I asked why would the error message request that I contact them. I asked are you affiliated with MAC or Comcast and she stated no. She stated they are the largest company for technical support. She asked me to allow her to take over my computer using remote access. I told her no several times. I do not believe this is a legitimate company because they can’t explain why my computer wants me to call them and why do I need to provide a credit card number.
