Type of a scam Tech Support

I was contacted by phone. A voicemail was left indicating that I was getting a refund for tech services that had stopped because they had gone out of business. I contacted them and after giving remote control of my computer (which is how the service had provided support), they indicated that the ScamPulse.com was apart of the guidelines and a pop up window appeared on my screen indicating the two ways the refund could be refunded. Afterwards, my computer was blacked out with my banking information displayed. I was informed that my bank was not accessible for the deposit. The call ended. I contacted my bank immediately to put alerts on my accounts. I am still monitoring my account.

Type of a scam Tech Support

Received a phone stating that: Because my purchase Microsoft program stopped working, I’m owed a refund, but I must allow them to fix it in order to receive the refund. It was the license purchase that total $299 my refund would be $300. I agreed switch the laptop over to other user, (partner) and he tried to send my refund by money gram from Wal-mart. I even received an email from Walmart money gram stating they received my transaction request for $321, and when I stated it to the gentleman on the phone he hung up.
