This company had an ad for a tennis ball launcher for 14.99. I ordered one as did my son and neither of us received one. My order ID#118489, took money and no item received. I tried to email with no response also to turn in to the BBB. At this point we know we were scammed and very upset. Facebook needs to check out sponsors on their sites before allowing this to happen. Especially in this day and time. When on this site we could order other items so I am upset that this was a scam.

I purchased a walk on water float, order # 18879 and now they are nowhere to be found. I would like my money back.

Ordered a water mat in Aug., was charged and never received the mat..!
What’s up people..?! I really liked the way this water float looked and was thinking of ordering more for next summer for the lake but heck how can I if I can’t even get the first one..?!
Please let’s get it together. I’ve seen these large mats on our lake and they look like a lot of fun and would truly like to have some.

I’ve ordered a Rubber Duckie Floating Mat from them some months now got charged and they even took my money and still no Floating Mat nor money back. I’ve been reading all the complaints on them so to me it’s like how can a bogus company keep on ripping off people and still not get caught by the government? Wouldn’t they want to catch these thieves and make them pay back EVERYONE plus interest on top of it? I know I would do that plus make them do HARD LABOR for all their wrong doings. All I know is that I want my money back plus more.

I ordered a giant skeleton on 10/4. they assured me it would be shipping soon. They said it might take a little while since it’s coming from China. I have still yet to receive it. And now no response via email. I have requested a refund multiple times but have been ghosted they will not reply to any of my requests.

I wouldn’t recommend tdeals to anyone they are a rippoff.

I ordered a foot spa from tdeals in september my order number is 242758 I’ve tried time and time again to get my order it’s been over two months now and have not heard from them yet,my email is [email protected] thanks.

I also have ordered from TDealsShop and NEVER received the dog tennis ball launcher along with a monthly charge of $12.47! If anyone knows of how to get these thieving [censored] from taking this out of my account, I would gladly appreciate the information. There are so many GOOD and legitimate retailers online but now I am very skeptical to order anything else online.

I am being charged $12.47 a month and i never ordered anything. I would like to get a refund for all the chargers and not be charged anymore !

I hope they will soon get caught up with and go to jail. they are still trying to get money out of my account, but i never keep enough money in it. another scanmmer is BestNatureWellin the ad says you pay 6.96 s/h and the CDB oil is free then 3weeks later they charge your card 56.91 and 51.86.they got one payment and have tried several times lately, but like i said I don’t keep money in the account. And you have no way to contact them.There should be a way these scammers can be caught.

I keep getting charged for stuff I never ordered. I have changed my account number several times and still keep getting charged 12.47 sometimes several times a month

I was charged $12.47 in September but did not order anything. In July I ordered a floating mat and was charged $14.99 but never received the mat.

I was just charged $12.47 on Sept 22 and I know I didn’t order anything there. Called my CC company and they took care of it. I will be watching for any more bogus charges. Interesting that the charges are mainly $12.47.
