Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Received a bill by postal mail for monthly long distance service I never ordered.Tried contacting company via phone several times and have not been able to reach anyone for 2 days, just asks for me to leave my information as a message. When I go to the website it automatically goes to a payment page only. I contacted my phone provider and they say that they do not know of any long distance service attatched to my account. I feel this is a scam of some sort because I can not get in contact with this company or find information on line about them. I did not order any long distance service!
