Type of a scam Debt Collections

This company calls from 844, 855 area codes alleging that I owe monies I actually don’t owe. This might be linked through payday loans. They have called my cell, landline and even a relative and former place of employment. They refuse to send any written documentation of alleged debt and they also refuse to give their address or a PO Box #. They make lofty threats (ie – court, legal proceedings) but cannot produce verifiable proof of the debt.

I monitor my credit through credit monitoring agency and have excellent credit with no collections. This is a complete scam. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and now with BBB. I want them to stop harassing me and my relative with this fraudulent activity.
