I am coping the ad I found on craigslist stating that a home it for rent. We spent 2.5 weeks talking to this guy by the name of Taylor Elmer, probably not his real name, but he wanted $800.00 for rent on a house that is for sale by another realtor who if fixing to close on this property. His email was [email protected]

The phone number was back traced to PA when he said he live in Chicago. The number was 724-330-3115

He wanted rent via MoneyGram, He gave us a makeshift lease. I have all the emails communicating with him about this deal.
