Letter received from Tax Settlement Department Administrative Offices states they are BBB Accredited with an A rating including BBB logo however they are not even on the BBB list at all. States they can reduce your IRS debt to 1%. However when you call the 800 number, I asked where they were based and was told San Francisco, CA however they don’t show up in the BBB list for CA at all. You are asked how much you owe, how much you can pay but they will not give information as to who they are and where they are located.
