Tax Collection via Primus spoofed

Type of a scam Tax Collection

Fisregaurd and voicemails from this number: 647-725-8051. 

They called me saying for me to call them back at the number above or be aressted. However call the number back it is not in service  and tries to get a hold of Globility Communications in Toronto but they no longer exist (now Primus) and the number is tied to that phone company.
