I am the manager of a medical office and we received a box full of Tate’s Natural Miracle Conditioner one day. No one in our office had ever heard of, let alone ordered, this product. Contained in the box were 3 bottles of conditioner. The first was "free" for counter display in our office and the other 2 were to be sold to us at $12.88 each plus $1 for freight for a total owed of $26.76. No one in the office had heard of this company so I put the products back in the box and set it aside in my office.
The invoice for the product was very poorly hand written and included "deals" and coupons" that were either hand written or drawn and photo copied. It was highly suspect. After googling the company I decided it was most definitely a scam and we would not be communicating with this company.
The product lists uses for the product that the doctor I work for claimed were impossible such as poison ivy, rosacea, bee stings, psoriasis, seborrhea, sunburn, lipgloss, diaper rash, migraines, eczema, shampoo, and conditioner. Those are just a few examples of what this product claims to do.
The ingredients listed are all natural things like, mountain fresh spring water, blueberries, boysenberries, pine needles, hazel nut, oak bark, nutmeg, cranberries, ginger, clove, etc. Meanwhile the product smells terrible. It is quite obvious this product does not contain the ingredients it claims.
Today I received an invoice from this company stating we owed money. I composed a letter to the company that said we did not order the product but if they pay for us to return the product to them I will happily but we will not pay to return a product we did not order.
There are two possible addresses listed for the company. The return address on the lable is listed as PO Box 21721 Clevland, OH 44121. The address listed on the invoice is PO Box 21721 South Eculid Ohio 44121. Home Phone 440-516-5357 (there was no answer at the phone number dialed. It rang about 20 times) and the fax seems valid as I sent the letter to the fax number as well.
