Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Applied for online loan and was approved with low credit score for $15,000 but person who called said we need to send him an email money transfer of $1400 while on the phone with him and he will deposit the $15,000 while on the phone immediately! This seems too good to be true especially when payday loans have recently turned us down! I told him our payday was tomorrow September 25/2018. Can you investigate this because I want to know if this is a legitimate company? I’m not sure if this is company and have not yet been scammed but wondering if this is a legitimate company! Please Advise!
