Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have reason to believe this site is operated by college students who get products shipped direct from Chinese suppliers. Both addresses on their site are residential homes in Illinois, one seems to be on, or just off, of the university campus in Urbana.

If you research their brands (seen in product pictures on the site a/o 11/27/2018), you can find exact products from Chinese suppliers available for fractions of the cost they are being sold for on this site. Searching the large Asian-version of Amazon.com, AliBaba.com and AliExpress.com yields these results.

Their "warehouse" is a residential home. Their "head quarters" is a residential home. Their website is thrown together from Shopify.com. As of 11/27/2018, they couldn’t even be bothered to format their cut-and-paste privacy policy and TOS agreements correctly. Their mark down prices are just made up numbers that they artificially slashed to make consumers think they are receiving high quality products.

The descriptions of products on their site are extremely vague (and repetitive). There are no product reviews on their site and a quick search for "tacticaldeer.com review" in a search engine reveals dozens and dozens of "one-star" dissatisfied reviews of customers not receiving what they paid for and not being able to be refunded by the company. This company is operating dishonestly and it is costing people money.
